    3. HR Job Management: This is a complete life cycle application for corporate HR to post and track job openings and applicants. It also automates the process of physically hiring and orienting new people, as well as tracking the exit process: Screenshot

    4. Functional Teaming: In this application, distributed teams of sales and marketing people collaborate and compete. The site also facilitates communication from headquarters to the field: Screenshot

    5. Web based desktop: Presently in use by KTG staff, with V2.0 under development, our workPage application provides a 100% browser based desktop. This Lotus Domino solution includes the following components: Email, Calendaring, Corporate Communications, Personal Link Library, Corporate KnowledgeBase, Customer Database, Project Database, Timesheets and billing reports, Expense reports and full text search.
