CVM PARTNERS WITH KISCO SYSTEMS

CVM is pleased to announce a partnership with Kisco Information Systems to bring IBM iSeries software and consulting support to the Northeastern United States.
Kisco Information Systems, celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year, is a well established and respected developer and distributor of iSeries software solutions. Their products cover the spectrum from IT Audit and Security, Communications tools, and iSeries system utilities.
SafeNet/400 is the flagship product for IT Audit and Security. It enables full logging of access attempts to the iSeries from all network resources, then allows administrators numerous methods for controlling access including time of day, day of week, user profiles and object level controls.
WebReport/400 is the lead prodcut for managing iSeries output queues. Reports can be converted to several formats and distributed as email content, email attachement or internet/intranet content. The lastest release, version 7.0, includes security features for PDF distribution and an automated output que monitoring system.
Kisco's latest offering, GoFaster, is being distributed in association with American Top Tools of Italy. GoFaster allows administrators to get around built-in performance limitations in the iSeries and tap the potential of their technology investment without having to pay for a costly IBM upgrade.
